- Make sure you have Cosigo tokens in your wallet.
- Make sure you have a small amount of ETH for network fees.
- This page works on Ethereum mainnet (chainId 1).
Step-by-step
- Open this page inside your wallet browser (recommended).
Example: MetaMask → Browser • Coinbase Wallet → Browser • Trust Wallet → Browser
- Enter the amount you want to redeem in milligrams (mg).
- Select your delivery method:
- In person (no ZIP needed)
- Ship (enter ZIP / postal code)
- Tap Preview to see:
- Redemption fee (tokens)
- Total tokens burned (amount + fee)
- Tap Connect & Redeem.
- Your wallet will open a confirmation screen. Review:
- Network: Ethereum mainnet
- Contract: 0x0F1e...2B4A49
- Gas fee: shown by your wallet
- Tap Confirm.
- Wait for the transaction to be submitted. You will see a Tx hash on this page.
Common issues (quick fixes)
- Wrong network: switch your wallet network to Ethereum mainnet and try again.
- Not enough ETH: add a little ETH for gas and retry.
- Insufficient Cosigo balance: you must have enough tokens to cover amount + fee.
- Redemptions paused: the contract is temporarily paused; try again later.
Important: This action sends an on-chain transaction. Tokens are burned according to the contract rules.
